Our historic hay barn, "Il Fienile," located opposite the main house, has been lovingly restored and now offers a cozy lounge for relaxing moments. Whether alone, as a couple, or in good company, it's a popular retreat and meeting place all in one.
Equally authentic and cozy: our Corte Bar with its covered terrace. Whether enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of fine wine – here you can take a break and savor the Italian way of life. From morning till night.
And last but not least: our small vine-covered pergola near the pool area. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind, with wonderful views. Please note: Pool season is from May 1st to October 10th!
Il Finile
What used to serve as a traditional hay barn is now our favorite spot for enjoyment and relaxation at Corte Campioli – lovingly designed as a spacious outdoor "dining and living room".
Here in this heart of our estate, the atmosphere of an Italian piazza is palpable. Here, hearty breakfasts are enjoyed, conversations flow, and drinks are shared amidst lush flowerbeds and modern furnishings. Guests gather for a sundowner aperitif or to wind down the day on the new wooden veranda, gazing at the setting sun or the starry sky, savoring the here and now, true to the motto "La Dolce Vita".
Our wooden terrace is also the ideal place to greet the sunrise, occasionally with a yogic sun salutation, or to round off the day in the early evening with an energetic yoga sequence.

Whether in the afternoon for a cappuccino or tea, or in the evening for a cool beer or a good glass of local wine: our Bar Corte overlooking the Corte courtyard will surely quickly become a favorite spot at Corte Campioli.

Whether for a morning swim or a refreshing dip on a hot summer day – in our 14-meter-long saltwater pool with counter-current system, you can float and swim your laps in a relaxed manner.
Afterwards, make yourselves comfortable on our loungers or the relaxation bench, curl up with a good book, and soak up the warm sunshine. In the evening, breathtaking sunsets await you here. Pure romance!
